All Sales Are Final
All products sold by IEP Power Hour are digital downloads PDF guides, printables, and related resources. Because these products are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be returned in any meaningful sense, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once the download link has been delivered.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a digital product, that delivery occurs immediately, and that you waive any right to a refund based on change of mind, accidental purchase, or duplicate purchase.
If You Have Trouble Accessing Your Purchase
We want every buyer to receive what they paid for. If your download link does not arrive, does not open, or is otherwise broken, please email hello@ieppowerhour.com within 7 days of your purchase. We will resend the file or correct the issue promptly.
Exceptions
In rare cases where a technical error on our end results in non-delivery of a product that cannot be resolved, we will issue a full refund at our sole discretion.
